Major responsibilities include: Partnering with engineering teams to turn user requirements into technical requirements and specificationsHolding multi-disciplinary engineering teams accountable to deliver on zero-margin schedulesEffectively communicate complex technical challenges in order to drive decisions at the working team through executive level
Key Qualifications
- Hands-on firmware and/or software development experience
- Technical or engineering program management experience
- Track record of managing products through the entire product development life cycle from concept through mass production
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse teams and interact, influence, collaborate, and negotiate optimally at all levels of management
- Knowledgeable in one or more areas: embedded software, sensor systems, machine learning, camera and/or AR/VR technologies
Education & Experience
BS + 3 years of relevant experience
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
