Duties and Responsibilities:

2) Develop and drive integrated marketing programs which consist of best practice marketing mix elements that generate quality prospects

3) Leverage and localize a repeatable and systematic set of programs to drive demand with the right balance between in-country and global campaigns

4) Manage key marketing activities like lead gen campaigns, events (virtual for the time being and when possible again also physical/live), industry conferences and sponsorships

5) Manage and tracking of results/ROI per spend

6) Manage relationships with agencies

7) Provide reporting and analysis on Field Marketing Activities

10) Social Media usage and knowledge

11) Creation of marketing campaigns in Eloqua

12) Other duties as assigned

13) Role involves operational tasks and on ground execution.

Profile / Education / Experience

3 to 6 years of experience in IT Marketing/high-tech, preferably IT-Security

Minimum 3 years working directly with field sales and sales executives on marketing programs

Experience in marketing program management

Complete understanding and proven track record across all field marketing tactics, with integrated campaigns and communications, to drive the pipeline: digital campaigns, call out campaigns, event management, high-touch tactics, etc.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work cross-functionally to plan and execute successful marketing programs

Ability to manage the planning and execution of programs in a deadline-driven environment

Positive attitude, self-motivated, result- and data-driven, creative, responsive and ability to set priorities

A self-motivated, independent thinker who can drive and deliver defined projects and meaningful content –

Must be metrics driven and a strong analytic thinker

Ability to influence and build cross functional relationships - Knowledge of CRM/sales/email automation systems and how to maximize them for efficient lead distribution and reporting (SFDC & Pardot experience a plus)

Proficient use of MS Office applications

Time – 9 to 6 pm. No hybrid
