Description
The Engineering Efficiency EPM will work closely with several Engineering leaders to drive key initiatives. You will: - Partner with multiple Engineering leads to drive cross functional programs through delivery; inclusive of timelines, planning, requirements, and dependencies.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Program / Project management successfully leading highly cross-functional software development
  • Thorough understanding of engineering health metrics (e.g. reliability, performance, quality) with experience influencing/leading engineering to improve them
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Thorough understanding of modern Developer Tools, CI/CD, Pipeline Integration, and/or Cloud Infrastructure
  • Deep understanding of software development for Machine Learning products and services, and how analytics & evaluation data can help improve those products
  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $157,000 and $278,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
