Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s Degree,
5+ years of Learning & Development experience,
Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills,
English language skills- excellent written and verbal communication,
Team leader with strong problem-solving skills,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description
Act as Local Learning Development Consultant and coordinate with global support team and provide them necessary information via Success Factors,
Being responsible for all local technical, soft-skill and Web Based Learning programs and their operational learning & development processes,
Lead the Learning Development team,
Organize internal courses- communication with trainers, participants, materials arrangements, booking venues/rooms, physical presence at the start and end of the course, evaluations,
Organize external courses – enrolment for the courses, communication with external providers, ensure proper approval obtained, physical presence at the start and end of the course, and manage evaluations,
Follow up Web-Based Learning completion processes, (track completion status, send reminders, and prepare reports),
Submit course request in Success Factors in advance of class start date and signed in sheet after the course,
Arrange or monitor the arrangement of local travel for participants,
Follow-up training related invoice processes in cooperation with Finance team,
Take an active role in weekly orientation presentations and the preparation of the Welcome to EY programs,
Act as a trainer where possible or needed on internally delivered training courses, (local soft skill programs)
Being responsible for internal processes of all local certification processes.
