Your key responsibilities:

• Manage the successful delivery of R&D incentives services to the client.
• Manage the audit of R&D incentives like Corporate Income Tax deduction, Income Tax exemption, Social Security Premium exemption, etc.
• Manage the application process for R&D center and technopark.
• Manage the application process for Tubitak and other associations for R&D Project supports.
• Review technical R&D project reports to bring out the key factors to be eligible for R&D supports and incentives.
• Support the development of junior personnel in the team
• Build relationships both within the firm and externally with clients, identifying opportunities and managing expectations
• Contribute to winning new work by proactively managing existing clients and contribute to winning new clients.
• Responsible for day-to-day client liaison

Skills and attributes for success:

• Experienced R&D process and incentives practitioner with respect to R&D Legislation such as Law Number 5746 and 4691.
• Proven ability to read and interpret existing and probable new legislation.
• Team player; ability to integrate with new teams quickly
• Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output
• Strong technical skills and keen to develop further
• Relationship management skills with ability to manage client expectations
• Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Ability to solve problems creatively and pragmatically

To qualify for the role you must have:

• graduate degree from either industrial engineering or bachelor of administration (business administration, economy, management, etc)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management
• The flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

• Minimum work experience of 5 years in the expected work areas.
• At least intermediate level of English Language skills

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Project management skills, plan and prioritize work, meet deadlines, monitor own budget.
• Strong and effective oratory skill.
