- 15 years of experience in technical program management or a related field.
- 15 years of experience leading and developing program management teams.
- Experience managing software delivery for developer-facing products.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Geo's product portfolio (Google Maps, Google Earth, Waze) and related technologies.
- Ability to drive strategic initiatives, continuous improvement, and manage organizational change in a large, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, and ability to influence and align senior leaders and stakeholders with conflicting objectives.
- Deep technical expertise and judgment, including ability to understand and connect the dots across multiple complex platforms and services.
- Executive presence and ability to articulate complex strategies and plans to executive audiences.
- Track record of success in a PMO leadership role, driving vision, strategy, and execution for complex product portfolios.
