You are responsible for
Create service workforce shift and create follow-up work order following subcontractor service activities
Communicate schedule proposal via conventional methods
Review optimized options and schedule field service visit
Schedule service order resources
Schedule field service event, create, update or cancel preventative maintenance plan
Process service parts and/or tools request
Handle scheduling exceptions
Adjust service workforce shift, find service contact & determine preferred method of contact
Communicate schedule proposal via automated methods
Allocate additional service resources and monitor preventative maintenance delivery and scheduling performance, close subcontractor work order.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree in any stream
Min 3 + years of customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
Good communication skills in writing and reading
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Good command over English and Hindi
