Honeywell is hiring a
Manager, Corporate Reportingto manage corporate accounting function at our global headquarters. The Manager,Corporate Reporting should be capable of taking a leadership role on monthlyaccounting responsibilities, special projects and possess a positive attitude,proactive mindset and high attention to detail.

This role will have visibility to senior management andrequires the ability to effectively collaborate both inside and outside thefinance function in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible forimplementation and monitoring of internal controls and adherence to all localaccounting policies. You will participate in accounting close and generalledger maintenance activities. You will drive continuous improvement,digitization and other improvement initiatives while continuing to deliver ontime and accurate books of accounts.

This position will sit out of our Morris Plains, NJ office and operate on a hybrid schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ownership of monthly closeactivities, reporting and account analysis for the Corporate segment
• Financial reporting: Preparation of schedules used in the quarterly andannual financial statements and footnotes
• Technical accounting: Assist in implementation of new procedures and systemsin response to new US GAAP pronouncements and corporate policy changes
• Audit and Controls: Respond to audit requests and inquiries supportingquarterly and annual financial statements as well as SOX and compliance testing
• Business partnership: Respond to financial data and accounting treatmentrequests from corporate functions, strategic business group (SBG) and regionalcenters.
• Special projects: Manage projects such as support of acquisition ordivestiture transactions and finance functional transformation

YOU MUST HAVE:

• Certified Public Accountant(CPA)
• Broad US GAAP knowledge and experience with its application
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in accounting / audit. Experience in a top 10public accounting firm with service to mid or large cap public companies ortechnical accounting experience in the controllership function of a Fortune1000 Company.
