As an SBL Senior Specialist in Wealth Management Operations, you will support JP Morgan Wealth Management. You will help clients optimize their wealth across generations, working closely with lending advisory, operations, risk, and finance. The Securities Based Lending (SBL) team manages a high volume of lower-risk credit transactions, fully secured by high-quality marketable securities. You will review and make decisions on client applications for credit products secured by securities like equities, mutual funds, and fixed income.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze, structure, price, risk-grade, and document lines of credit, term loans, and standby letters of credit.
• Provide guidance to market partners on client needs within the SBL credit mandate.
• Review transactions with credit risk, including annual reviews of existing products.
• Perform approval authority on new deals, amendments, and reviews.
• Maintain the overall loan portfolio.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team with diverse personalities.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in private banking/asset management and credit/lending.
• General understanding of financial markets and the securities industry.
