The ideal candidate will be a confident, independent leader with a minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably from a multinational company and/orsemiconductor background and with proven track record of driving commercial success. This individual shouldhave outstanding executive presence and an ability to assimilate quickly to new industries, a strongorientation toward process and organization, and the ability to influence stakeholders and clients in a highlymatrixed corporate environment. Outstanding written and verbal communicationare required, as is mastery of Korean and English.

Specifically, you will be required and empowered to:

-15+ years’ experience in combination of Sales, Key Account management, and Business Development
-Extensive knowledge and experience working with Samsung and in the semiconductor industry
-Strong communication skills in both Korean and English
-MBA, Master’s degree
-Sales Management experience
-Consistent track record of exceptional sales results
-Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization -Proven track record in negotiations
-Experience in building and executing a strategy
-Excellent leadership & communication skills -Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment
