We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead data-centric product initiatives that empower merchants with actionable insights, seamless reconciliation, and scalable reporting solutions. You’ll drive the strategy and execution of core data products by partnering with engineering, design, and data science, and ensure delivery of best-in-class experiences for merchants. This role requires deep fluency in data, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to bridge business goals with technical execution.

Job Description:

  • Analyze user needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a related field
  • A strong sense of customer empathy, and deep curiosity and enthusiasm for solving customers’ problems
  • Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and understand query performance optimization
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex data needs into scalable product features
  • Ability to collaborate, build consensus, deliver, and drive technical decisions with various cross-functional stakeholders
  • Analyze product performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prioritize and deliver ad hoc analysis and insights while identifying opportunities for automation and reuse.
  • Identify data accessibility gaps and contribute to scalable solutions that promote data democratization.
  • Advocate for data best practices, including consistent metrics definitions, data governance principles, and clear documentation

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in payments , fintech or fast growing technology company
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar
  • Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, GCP)
  • Exposure to modern technologies, including the use of AI/ML for data enrichment, prediction, or product intelligence

The US national annual pay range for this role is $123,500 to $212,850
