implementing, configuring, and supporting application security and identity access management technology solutions. This includes Web Application Firewall, Web Access Gateway, Okta Single Sign On, and AWS SSO, as well as developing Python security utilities, tools, and integrations.

In this role, you will:

• Develop utilities and dashboards to support the reporting, monitoring, and governance needs for our security solutions – including Okta, ThreatX, and Beyond Identity.
• Analyze and improve current processes using automation.
• Maintain and improve current internally developed Python utilities.
• Perform proof-of-concepts, evaluate and document new capabilities with existing or new vendors.
• Investigate, recommend, and monitor implementation of new security products and services.
• Identify and develop integration opportunities between security solutions and automation and compliance jobs.
• Coordinate quality assurance and testing with users of the new functionalities and capabilities.
• Work with virtual teams / management to collect user requirements and write necessary documentation and procedures for implementation and user support.
• Ensure that issues / problems are communicated in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

• 3+ yeas of experience in an applications security related role, including experience in supporting employees / customers.
• Experience in scripting / coding (for automation, integration, etc.), preferably in Python or Java
• Familiarity with information security concepts and frameworks such as defense in depth, zero trust networking.
• Experience with IAM/SSO technologies Azure AD, Office 365, and Okta SSO
• Experience in Public Cloud administration (AWS / GCP / Azure / OCI / IBM Cloud)
• Experience with Windows, Mac, and Unix platforms.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Great communication & interpersonal skills, with passion for customer service
• Ability to work as a part of a global & cross-functional team, as well as independently.
• Good organization skills and attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Experience developing programs using REST APIs and JSON.
• Certification in Cybersecurity by one of the major credentialing organizations (ISC2, ISACA, CompTIA, etc).
• Experience with data analysis with Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Experience creating management dashboards with Grafana, and other visualization tools.
• Experience using containers and VMs in a development environment
