In this role, you will:
Analytics Strategy Development– Develop and execute an analytics strategy that provides actionable insights to support the objectives of Commercial Banking Operations (CBO) and Corporate & Investment Bank Lending Operations (CIBLO).
Complex Data Solutions– Responsible for creating and overseeing extremely complex data products, predictive data models, NLP solutions, and other optimization algorithms.
Data Storytelling & Influence– Translate complex models into business language, tell clear and compelling data stories, and influence decision making without overwhelming stakeholders with technical detail.
Executive Partnership– Become a trusted advisor and collaborate closely with CBO & CIBLO executive leaders to understand their business objectives, priorities, and needs, providing them and their teams with data and insights that enable opportunity identification, decision-making, and improved business outcomes.
Team Leadership & Development– Manage and develop teams of analysts and data scientists in prioritizing and delivering their work, including hypothesis formation, analysis framework, insight generation and delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration– Work with horizontal teams in DAR and other departments across the firm to jointly deliver projects, such as AI/ML proof of concept, data governance, and data product development.
Product Innovation– Support and/or lead the launch of new analytical products that are widely used and deliver measurable results for our operational partners.
Culture Building– Foster a culture focused on talent development, analytical rigor, client focused, and teamwork.
Value Measurement– Enhance, standardize, and measure value creation across all projects.
Risk & Compliance Oversight– Ensure strong risk management and adherence to data governance, policies, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management or leadership experience

Operational Insight: Deep understanding of operational analytics, including capacity planning, productivity metrics, and performance optimization.

Matrixed Influence: Skilled at navigating complex, matrixed organizations and constructively challenging the status quo to drive better outcomes.

Global Team Management: Experience managing distributed teams across geographies, including both onshore and offshore resources.
Job Expectations:
Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in the listed location (hybrid schedule).
