Basic Requirements:
- 5+ years of Recruiter, HR, or Recruiting Program Operations experience- Experience partnering and influencing senior level Hiring Managers and Executives

- Solid understanding of ATS tools and technologies

Posting Statement

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $81,400 to $111,900.
