The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong knowledge of integrated campaign planning, development, and alignment cross-functionally. Knowledge of program/project management methodology is required to drive early-stage planning to cross-functional execution, as are strong communication and facilitation skills.
What you’ll do:- Support the launch of global integrated marketing plans and campaigns for key target audiences, assisting with project timelines and stakeholder communication
- Assist in partnering with regional marketing colleagues in APAC and cross-functional teams across marketing to support strategy development and ensure consistent global messaging
- Represent APAC priorities when planning and executing global integrated marketing campaigns across various channels such as paid digital, email nurtures, and webinars
- Communicate and educate the APAC marketing teams on MongoDB’s global and regional integrated campaign strategy
- Collaborate with the product marketing team to align messaging and understand product launches and moments for global campaign integration
- Work with our design team to support the development of new creative and iterate on it as we test and learn
- Join all relevant meetings and present global integrated campaign strategies and KPIs to cross-functional teams
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Must be data-driven and have the ability to analyze campaign performance effectively
We’re looking for someone with:- Fluent in English
- 4+ years experience in demand generation or integrated marketing
- Strong APAC-specific knowledge and experience of global integrated campaigns that have been successful in the region
- Experience with or working knowledge of product-led growth processes and KPIs
- Tech B2B experience preferred
- Strong written skills and the ability to storyboard campaign themes and messages
- Strong team collaboration and interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel internationally
