Description
Build advanced measurement platform for display module calibration and characterization.Design and implement new calibration features using sensing technologies, computer vision, and machine learning algorithms.Set up the measurement SOP to characterize the EE driving related display FOS issue. Perform lab level prototyping, issue quantification and analysis.Participate in cross function design reviews and address integration concerns.Author high quality engineering requirements and specification
Minimum Qualifications
  • BS and a minimum of 1+ years relevant industry experience
  • Experience with Image processing and sensing-related theories.
  • Experience with image processing and computer vision (CV) related tools, including Python, MATLAB toolboxes, and C++ libraries.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in display module calibration, such as luminance/color calibration, uniformity characterization, and display artifacts mitigations.
  • Experience with machine learning (ML) and computer vision modeling.
  • Experience in HW/FW development for display driving systems.
  • Familiarity with lab level EQ control and automation tools.
  • Hands-on lab experience with equipment such as camera, spectrometer and oscilloscopes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $214,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
