Job Description:
This role willaccelerateVenmo’s strategic priorities
- Work with product and platform teams before or during kickoff of big product initiatives toideate, develop and cascadeplatform customization and transformation requirements to serve end customers better.
- Oversee implementation ofkey strategic projects across multiple platform teams,drivingconsistency andscalability.
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives that span multipleteams across the enterprise
- Identifyand drive high-priority customer pain points requiring coordinated platform responses
- Participate in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features
- Develop andmaintaintools and solutionsto trackmetrics.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a customer-facing product or feature
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent partnering skills with Engineering and Data Science teams to define and evaluate solutions and benefits
- Solid product planning and execution skills; taking an idea and driving definition, prioritization, and execution
- A general understanding of digital payments and the fintech industry
- Fraud/Risk experience preferred but not necessary
