Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience supporting new product launches from a mechanical, product quality or product development perspective
  • Bachelors degree in an engineering discipline such as mechanical or industrial engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management experience, including influencing others without direct authority
  • Experience working with high volume international manufacturers and traveling to manufacturing sites
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented leadership experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, proven ability to present effectively to leadership
  • Data-driven approach to problem solving
  • Experience with part reliability methods, quality sampling methodologies, and statistical techniques
  • Finance/business acumen – understand cost drivers and derive/optimize costs associated with managing quality
  • Experience managing consumer product performance in the field (“eye of the customer”)
  • Technical knowledge related to Softgoods products is a plus
  • Experience with packout & supply chain logistics is a plus
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $119,900 and $181,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
