As an Architect in the Innovation Hub, you will be working at the forefront of Microsoft innovation, helping customers create and implement a vision and strategy for their digital transformation.You will be an integral part of their transformation journey, a technical leader who is challenging their ways of thinking and helping them realize and adopt the benefits of our Cloud. Required/minimum qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 7+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.

• Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
• 6+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• 8+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.

• Based at your facility location, you will prepare and deliver engagements to enterprise customers that are both technically deep and inspirational.These include strategic alignment and envisioning sessions,architecture design sessions, and building of rapid prototypes, and hackathons.You take

• Solution design:Using your technical knowledge, architectural approach, consultancy skills and ourmethodologyto win a customer’s technical decision to use Microsoft solutions and cloud services to transform their business.
• Set vision:You will use your passion for customer experience and technical depth to craft for customers an inspiring digital vision, across all Microsoft workloads, as well as deeper engagement in your core technology specialism. You will make this digital vision real using the architecture skills of you and your peers to provide a complete solution.
• Build strategy:You will map the agreed customer vision into a strategy for implementation, resolving concerns, removing technical blockers, andvalidatinga strong business case for investment.You will work with the customer, wider account team resources and our partners to orchestrate a roadmap for implementation.

  You should be an expert in Azure application, data, and AI architecture, capable of synthesizing business and technical requirements into cohesive solutions. This includes app modernization (microservices, serverless, container architectures), infrastructure transformation (cloud migration, networking), and edge/IoT strategies (including edge compute, digital twin), all while ensuring governance, security, and compliance. You should also be conversant and familiar with the latest trends driving digital transformation including generative AI, machine learning, analytics, and modern data architecture.As a technical leader, your expertise in cloud-native development is essential, and you'll be guiding decision-makers through designing and implementing industry-relevant use cases that solve their important problems.
