The position
You will work closely with Suppliers to ensure Mobileye requirements are met in alignment with the HW /SW architecture. You will plan integration steps and SW delivery milestones within and outside Mobileye, supporting various projects.
Your Stakeholders inside and outside of Mobileye are very broad and you will need to coordinate activities that span across the wide organization. You are expected to define an efficient process for Customer and Supplier requirement management, technical discussions, release planning, integration, validation and more, that will reduce friction for the development and help Mobileye meet customer needs.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have technical expertise in the areas of Base SW, Camera sensors, Optical path. Examples: Camera Sensor Control and Grabbing, SERDES, etc.
What will your job look like:
- Lead Customer / Supplier technical discussions or workshops to agree on the technical details of the delivered features.
- Ensure Mobileye requirements to suppliers are met in the agreed timeline, resolve blockers as they come up.
- Reflect external plans, priorities and requirements to Optical Path Group (OPG) and ensure sufficient planning of all tasks
- Manage execution once plans are clearly defined with Customers, Suppliers and Mobileye. Execution needs to consider HW/SW/System dependencies and integration steps needed to reach the end goal
- Reflect risks and status to top management within and outside of Mobileye.
- Manage Customer SW requirements and be highly involved in defining the product roadmap based on these requirements.
- Work with management and other leaders to continually implement process improvements.
- Focus on delivery and results.
All you need is:
- . in Computer Science or a related engineering field. MBA is an advantage.
- At least 5 years in software technical program or engineering management experience at an enterprise technology company.
- A proven ability to build roadmap and execute complex projects.
- Ability to lead a cross functional team through influence and engage with senior leadership.
- Experience in working with customer and suppliers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact at all levels.
- Availability to travel abroad.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
- Experience in Automotive business- an advantage.
