Key Responsibilities:
Developing and executing a global compliance strategy; including the Honeywell HSE Management System and regulatory compliance requirements at all factory locations.
Driving a heavy focus on injury reduction through cultural and behavioral initiatives.
Partner with the IGS leadership to achieve goals and objectives.
Ability to reduce the risk profile of projects in IGS by identifying gaps through self-assessments, audits, gembas, and agency or 3rd party inspections.
Strong ability to use Accelerator/Lean Practices and Principles to develop, deploy and continuously improve HSE results and improve efficiencies.
Support Install projects with adequate reviews/visits/inspections to drive continuous improvement within HSE.
Work in concert with Corporate Field Work Director to assure consistent and effective auditing of regulatory requirements and Honeywell Level 1 & Level 2 Standards.

YOU MUST HAVE:
At least 15 years of progressive health and safety experience, with increased responsibility.
Extensive leadership experience.
Extensive knowledge and experience in a construction work environment.

Knowledge and management experience with global aspects of HSE and Sustainability
Firm understanding of OSHA’s standard as well as their Voluntary Protection Program (VPP)
