What you’ll do:
Expected start date: flexible start date from April 1st, 2025
In this role, you’ll:·
- Get insights into conflict prevention / coaching / mediation and “Ombudswork”
- Work on dedicated projects and drive them to results
- Take ownership, bring in own ideas, work independently and support the objectives of the Global Ombuds Office
- Actively engage with an international network of SAP colleagues
- Do concept work and prepare new training offerings as well as maintain existing training offerings in the area of conflict management or communication projects
- Drive the promotion of the Global Ombuds Office internally and externally in both German and English by providing materials, e.g., articles and interviews
- Have the option to continue as working student after a successful internship of 6 month
Who you are:
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- You are studying preferably in the fields of psychology, applied social studies, marketing and/or communication
- You are creative and skilled in Social Media, workshop and training design, and conflict management or willing to develop skills in those areas
- You are speaking English and German fluently, additional languages are a plus
- You have strong cooperation skills, you take initiative, and you are able to work independently
- You are interested in working in an agile and self-motivated work environment
- Being experienced in organizing and administering trainings is a plus
