In this role, you’ll:

  • Plan, schedule, and manage postings & events across various channels while ensuring one voice and own editorial planning
  • Preparation, communication, documentation and follow-up of events, workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and other initiatives including internal stakeholders
  • Create and write social content for our virtual audiences in line with our overall innovation communications strategy & brand messaging
  • Bring new, innovative ideas for engaging formats to grow our (digital) audience across social channels
  • Collaborate with other departments (development, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
  • Support coordination or program/projects management activities and provide program and project management support for (area-specific) projects

Who you are:


You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • (Master-)Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Communications, Design and/or Marketing, Social Sciences, Humanities, Visual Communications, Business Administration or similar
  • Well-versed in MS Office, Tableau or similar and able to rapidly and independently learn new tools to translate sophisticated and creative analyses into actionable results, messages, and presentations
  • Have an analytical mindset and can independently extract relevant information and hypotheses from various sources
  • Language skills: English and German proficiency required
  • Highly flexible, able to work and thrive in a rapidly changing environment, able to handle uncertainty and frequent changes
  • Excellent executer gets the job done in a positive, reliable and encouraging manner
