Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in developing and sustaining semiconductor fabrication processes in a cleanroom environment.
Experience in one or more conventional wafer fabrication areas such as lithography, deposition, etch, photoresist strip, singulation, and metrology.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
5 years of experience working in semiconductor research and development or production environments with an emphasis on lithography.
Experience with contact, stepper, direct write, or e-beam lithography, spin coat/develop, spray coat, SEM, AFM, confocal microscopy, profilometry, ellipsometry, interferometry, CAD and tool procurement.
Experience with statistical process control, manufacturing execution system, change control, statement of purpose writing.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as JMP, Python, or SQL.
Ability to present facts clearly and concisely to staff members at all levels.
