Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in developing and sustaining semiconductor fabrication processes in a cleanroom environment.
- Experience in one or more conventional wafer fabrication areas such as lithography, deposition, etch, photoresist strip, singulation, and metrology.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience working in semiconductor research and development or production environments with an emphasis on lithography.
- Experience with contact, stepper, direct write, or e-beam lithography, spin coat/develop, spray coat, SEM, AFM, confocal microscopy, profilometry, ellipsometry, interferometry, CAD and tool procurement.
- Experience with statistical process control, manufacturing execution system, change control, statement of purpose writing.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as JMP, Python, or SQL.
- Ability to present facts clearly and concisely to staff members at all levels.
