- 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level application development
- Hands-on experience in developing software applications using Java, Python and related technologies.
- Hands-on Experience working with various database technologies (RDBMS, Key-Value, Document-based, etc.).
- Hands-on Experience working with Javascript Frameworks like Angular\ReactJs
- Hands-on Experience with Python data analytics platforms, such as pandas, DataFrames, numpy, etc.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithm design, and object-oriented programming.
- Proven ability to research, architect, and drive complex technical solutions involving multiple technologies.
- Experience in deploying distributed, large-scale, low latency web applications with REST, Data Caching Services, DB schema design and data access technologies
- Experience crafting and architecting distributed systems and concurrent programming.
- Experience designing ecosystems for Web applications & API Platforms
- Experience in developing software and services in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, etc.
- Experience in building Django/Flask-based app servers and API development.
- Development experience with container orchestration systems such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
- AI/ML-related experience is a plus.
- A strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG is a plus
- Experience in developing applications for the Supply Chain business domain is a plus
- Experience in leading and mentoring engineers
- Ability to successfully manage and collaborate with contractors.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team lead experience is a plus. Occasionally, will need to handle application production (warranty) support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
