Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
• Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow issues.
• Conduct formal and informal training sessions with business and technical end users
  .

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB

• Experience with REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)

Minimum Qualifications

Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
