In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing high-impact initiatives that keep ourby balancing. You’ll dive deep into data, work closely with local and regional teams, and lead projects that directly influence pricing, user behavior, and product operations.

• Own and execute marketplace strategies that impact pricing, lifecycle management, and product configuration—making our platform smarter and more efficient.

• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights.

• Build tools and dashboards that give teams visibility into performance and help scale operational excellence.

• Collaborate across a range of teams—local ops, regional strategy, product, and commercial—to deliver projects from idea to impact.

• Balance long-term planning with day-to-day operational execution.

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, startups, or similar analytical roles.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Strong analytical toolkit: Excel, Google Sheets, and ideally SQL or other data querying tools.

• Ability to break down complex problems and translate them into actionable, scalable solutions.

• A strategic mindset with a bias for action—you can zoom out to see the big picture but aren’t afraid to dive into the details.

• A self-starter mentality: you take ownership, move fast, and get things done with excellence.

• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority—you're a natural collaborator.

• Passion for marketplace dynamics and understanding how product, data, and operations interact.
