Develop, operationalize, and optimize a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, including automated campaigns, lead nurturing, segmentation, and scoring, in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Audit and enhance email performance using data-driven insights, such as A/B testing and quality assurance
Conduct research and analyze metrics to uncover untapped audiences, segmentation opportunities, and gaps in the customer experience
Oversee Lifecycle Marketing tech and work together with IT to ensure smooth operation and high deliverability.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad performance and enhance overall campaign effectiveness.
Take part in the Digital Marketing Leadership forum. Work in full collaboration and transparency with the rest of the leaders and team to reach common goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative and content teams, paid media, website, and data, to align Lifecycle Marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Keep track of KPIs and regularly report on campaign performance to stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Lifecycle Marketing to ensure a competitive edge.
Essential Education, Skills, and Experience:
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in managing Lifecycle Marketing teams.
Proven work experience as a Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation and CRM Manager or similar role with a successful track record of managing and optimizing Lifecycle Marketing campaigns.
Global experience in digital teams including working with other teams such as paid media, website, data and others.
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation and data platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey performance and insights to stakeholders.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
