Key job responsibilities
Manage new and existing Throughput Qualification program, successfully delivering projects and goals across multiple sites to measure building readiness.Management of existing Throughputs Qualification program including Fire and Life Safety, Heating, Ventilation, air conditioning, and building management system on existing electrical systems.
ELM Program Manager will focus on electrical system, include overseeing the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of the pre-launch electrical testing program. Manage the coordination and execution of planned electrical shutdowns to facilitate necessary testing and maintenance activities
Own program communication, accelerating progress by driving crisp and timely decisions, clearing blockers (e.g., path to green), escalating as appropriate
Influence design and development of strategic processes.
Manage post-launch support plans (e.g., post-mortem, issue/ticket management, etc.) and look for opportunities to improve program quality and operational excellence.A day in the life1. Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage

- 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and MS Project) at an advanced level
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology
