Introduce and advance the Lean culture, principles and practices across the plant and work with local management to create and drive Site Lean vision.
Initiate and lead improvement projects (i.e. Lean, Production & VIP) with the Production, Process Development, Manufacturing Engineering, and other support functions.
Develop and conduct Lean training programs for employees at all levels.
Create, maintain and refine a Lean toolkit that can include: 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, LBP and mistake proofing and line balancing.
Deploy and support the use of corporate Lean tools and Metrics (Core Five Metrics, WCG, VSP, 5S, Lean Goals and Plans, etc.).
Promote cross-functional and inter-site collaboration to accomplish shared objectives.
Maintain current OpEX trends and methodologies including benchmark.
Supervise, mentor and provide work direction to other members of the team.
Maintain a general knowledge of current OpEX trends and methodologies.
Mentoring & provide direction to other members of the team to accomplish Site results.
Lead OpEx Systems implementation & ensure sustaining and governance.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or Related Field.
Experience: At least 5 years.
English Level desired: 80%.
Desired knowledge: Problem Solving, Networking, Lean Tools and IE Systems,PowerBi.
