Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in executive search, advising VP+ clients on talent and hiring, managing the search process including setting and adjusting search strategy, working with research teams, and supporting applicants through the interview and offer process.
8 years of experience in building and cultivating relationships with applicants and stakeholder leaders in a global business environment.
5 years of domain experience in the consumer technology sector.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience acting as a strategic talent advisor, with a proven ability to design creative strategies and deliver impact.
Deep knowledge of Google's consumer product areas and go-to-market strategies.
Ability to solve ambiguous problems, developing solutions where there may be no clear precedent.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and driving hiring outcomes in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
