- Build up leads generation capabilities for PayPal China leveraging local insights and global resources
- Shape overall leads generation strategy that align with overall sales objectives to drive high margin growth China
Your day to day:
- Plan, strategize, setup & deliver top of class sales-oriented data initiatives and process
- Work closely with sales, internal regulatory and compliance teams and 3rd party vendors to develop data framework and enrichment process
- Work closely with business functions to convert data driven insights into business actions
- Managed a team of data analysts to maintain a steady stream of lead gen campaign leads
- Drive E2E campaign execution, process refinement and enhanced automation and optimization.
- Using a data approach, collaborate with stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of critical business questions across topics like
- Work with BU leaders to develop initiatives to prevent customer churn & improve retention rates
- Develop Potential customers sizing and targeting leverage big data and AI
- Deep understanding of technical operations metrics and lead gen processes
- Identify data opportunities and performdescriptive/predictiveanalytics as needed
Experience and Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in B2B, lead generation or marketing analytics.
- 8+ years of recent SQL experience with a deep understanding of structure and unstructured databases
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with physical and relational data modelling. Expert knowledge of metadata management and related tools.
- 4+ years of experience in team management and mentoring.
- Bilingual capabilities are mandatory to work closely with global stakeholders
- Deep understanding of Python, R or other languages to performance data analytical tasks
- Proven understanding of commercial data and how to leverage that to drive marketing and sales campaigns
- Working knowledge in relevant technologies – Salesforces, Teradata, BigQuery, Notebooks
- Able to drive collaboration within a matrixed environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, results-oriented and an appreciation of diversity in teamwork.
- Bachelor’s degree (Computer science, Information technology, or a similar field.) – MBA or advanced quantitative degree is a plus.
