- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
- 2 years of experience managing individuals and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading operational initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing Product leadership through development of strategic programming and event execution that focuses on showcasing strategic priorities and key customer pain points.
- Experience with Google’s ad solutions and value proposition in the market with a specialization in creative ads products and generative AI.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders and influence and drive results without official authority.
- Ability to build positive team cultures.
- Comfortable operating and driving clarity in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous space, and ability to navigate large, complicated organizations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
