Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in technical project management.
Experience operating within and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, sales, implementation).
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with business requirements management, solution design, customer journey mapping, and solutions delivery.
Experience working with JSON, Python, or HTML.
Ability to solve complex problems through structured root cause problem solving and ruthless prioritization, especially in areas with high levels of ambiguity.
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders and users.
