In this role, you will:
- Perform valuation escalation reviews
- Support operations team with training development and facilitation
- Provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within Valuations
- Present to change control in order to communicate operational initiatives
- Assist in proper distribution of workflow according to schedules
- Monitor daily, monthly and quarterly production reports and assist with on-boarding and training
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experience staff and partners
- Interact with immediate team, department staff, and individuals outside of Valuations on questions or feedback
- Interact with internal or external customers in a customer support role
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in an operations environment
- Experience in residential real estate valuations
- Collateral Management System (CMS) experience
- Experience creating and updating training documentation and procedures
- Strong facilitation and training skills in both virtual and in person formats
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid critical thinking skills
- Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
- Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams/LiveMeeting) skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in managing projects and initiatives
- Experienced in user acceptance testing in order to prepare for technology releases
