Description
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: - Spearhead the design and development of the components and features for the Siri cross-device platform - Lead and develop a team of very hardworking software engineers - Collaborate with multi-functional teams to capture requirements, understand dependencies, define architecture, and implement solutions to well-defined projects - Work with design and client-side development teams to ensure an extraordinary user experience across all Apple devices
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • 5+ years leading engineering teams that design complex software engineering projects
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals, object-oriented programming, and design skills
  • Experience with wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, WiFi, or UWB
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional projects that have had a tangible impact on the direction of the org
  • Strong organizational skills and experience working on large multi-functional teams
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $329,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
