• A passion for delivering transformational technology solutions, process improvement and driving change.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience across the spectrum of IA and wider cognitive technologies with leading organisations, public and private sector.
• Understanding and experience of articulating solutions for clients using Generative AI as a key enabler.
• Ability to successfully manage people and accounts with exceptionally interpersonal skills, driving new and existing business opportunities.
• Understanding of consulting methods, operating model design, process improvement/reengineering and wider transformational delivery.
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Experience in structuring and managing teams and managing complex project delivery.
• Relevant business certifications across key concepts and methods (Lean, Project Management, etc).
• Previous experience in leading proposals and bid teams and the development of business growth strategies.
• Commitment to deliver and demonstratable work-ethic, attitude and agility to work with a diverse group of clients and colleagues.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead diverse teams with a mix of technical and business acumen.
• Relevant understanding and technical certifications across IA (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism, Microsoft, AA etc) AI (Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, SnowFlake etc) tools.
• Relevant University qualifications or experience to match.
