Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist providing consultations to the business on topics such as performance management, workplace concerns, etc.
Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Demonstrated foundation in employment laws, regulations and labour relations, including experience with employee representative bodies.
Experience in HR, people programs, or other large scale people related roles.
Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.
Ability to work within constraints as well as to challenge the status quo.
Excellent communication, problem solving, teamwork and organizational skills.
