Regional Process Executive (RPE)for Deal Management & Innovative Analytics, you’ll be part of the MEE Revenue Operations team, reporting directly to the Head of Operational Excellence MEE.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the successful rollout and continuous improvement of the Customer Value Journey in the MEE region. You will support Revenue Operations by driving operational excellence, efficient deal governance, and data-driven decision-making.
Working closely with local business partners, global GRO colleagues, and cross-functional teams, you’ll help shape the future of Deal Management processes across the region.


Your Responsibilities – What You’ll Do

  • Act as the key point of contact for Revenue Operations topics related to Deal Management & Innovative Analytics within the MEE region
  • Gather and consolidate feedback and requirements from Market Units regarding deal processes and tools
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities, and manage concerns related to Deal Management practices
  • Drive the design and development of processes, tools, and reporting assets in close collaboration with local stakeholders
  • Define the future state of Deal Management in the region and lead its implementation
  • Support training, enablement, and adoption initiatives to ensure strong process usage
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), consult with Market Units and engage with senior leaders
  • Collaborate with the Forecasting RPE to advance analytics innovation and contribute to global tool initiatives
  • Take ownership of regional rollouts, communication, and change management for Deal Management assets

Your Profile – What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in a related field (Sales / Business Operations, Process Management, Business Analytics, Sales, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skillset on Sales KPIs covered with curiosity about new technologies
  • Solid understanding of SAP’s Customer Value Journey
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor with a strong customer focus
  • Familiarity with tools such as Harmony/CRM, JIRA, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured approach with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
