As a Sr. Facilities Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible to supervise the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance and stores functions within Honeywell Building Solutions. You will operate within the existing facilities control systems and process and provide guidance to direct reports on clearly defined objectives. You will manage the team to meet the customers’ needs in terms of delivery, inventory, cost and quality. You will build up team capability and lead continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timely completion and adherence to Facility Asset Preventive maintenance plans
  • Engage in the operation of facilities management
  • Manage and overlook Maintain planning scheduling & planning of facility assets
  • Participate in forward planning of site operations (resourcing, contractor scheduling etc.)
  • Oversee maintenance services using CMMS platform.
  • Identify minor repairs works to drive run rate
  • Budget and Financial Management
  • Review Asset Life cycle Planning
  • Strong vendor management strategy
  • OH&S risk assessment
  • Supervision of the planning and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, as well as renovation and expansion projects
  • Lead and guide direct reports
  • Lead Health, Safety and Environment compliance.
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Support cost and inventory reduction targets
  • Plan facilities repairs and upgrades
  • Develop Talent

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Post-Secondary education or Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Facilities Management and/or Building Maintenance including supervision of trades resources
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency maintenance
  • Immunization (including COVID-19 vaccination) as required by the customer and in accordance with the Public Health Act. Pay Range:
    $96,000- $105,000/YR + additional perks and lucrative signing bonus

  • Understanding of legislative requirements (eg. Canadian Standards Association, Technical Standards and Safety Authority, Electrical Safety Authority, etc.).
