This position is based in Sydney but the role spans the Asia-Pacific-Japan region for AWS.Key job responsibilities
Talent Recruitment- Act as liaison between AWS early career talent programs (i.e. Tech U, Military Apprenticeship and internships), SA leadership and Sales & Operations leading through influence, coordinating, and closing gaps in hiring and new hire development processes.Talent DevelopmentProgram Management
- Audit existing delivery of early-career programs, creating a closed-loop inspection mechanism to evaluate program outcomes, report progress, and drive continuous improvement.
- Own the global definition of career progression for early career talent for one of the domains - Databases, Analytics, Compute, Edge Services, Productivity Apps, Storage, etc.A day in the life
A typical day would involve handling three key aspects:Sydney, NSW, AUS

- Knowledge of cloud technology partner ecosystem and related products
- Previous professional experience architecting / operating solutions built on AWS
- AWS certification (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional) or other industry certification
