In this role, you will:

Key responsibilities of the Lead Business Execution Consultant will include, but not be limited to:

  • Work directly with CIB Development Officer Leaders and key partners in support of: All initiatives and projects associated with the development, and retention of junior bankers as well as new and aspiring managers across the Markets platform
  • Assist with talent planning, development planning and leadership coaching of Markets managers in partnership with Markets HR business partners and Market senior leadership teams;
  • Engaging with Analysts and Associates with a focus on retention and relevant topics, including continuous training and other career and professional development initiatives;
  • Liaising with HR Business Partner on personnel topics and issues.
  • Supporting the Markets leadership team’s diversity and human capital initiatives.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in one or a combination of the following: Human Resources, Talent or Leadership Development, or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for employee engagement talent planning and enhancing their overall experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

  • Preferably in Sales & Trading or Markets-based environment
  • Experience in talent development or other human resources discipline
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
  • Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
  • Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships


Job Expectations:

  • Travel – up to 15%
  • The position can be located in Charlotte, NC or New York City, NY. Travel may be required to the Markets Division’s various offices.

Pay Range

$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
