In this role, you will:
Key responsibilities of the Lead Business Execution Consultant will include, but not be limited to:
- Work directly with CIB Development Officer Leaders and key partners in support of: All initiatives and projects associated with the development, and retention of junior bankers as well as new and aspiring managers across the Markets platform
- Assist with talent planning, development planning and leadership coaching of Markets managers in partnership with Markets HR business partners and Market senior leadership teams;
- Engaging with Analysts and Associates with a focus on retention and relevant topics, including continuous training and other career and professional development initiatives;
- Liaising with HR Business Partner on personnel topics and issues.
- Supporting the Markets leadership team’s diversity and human capital initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in one or a combination of the following: Human Resources, Talent or Leadership Development, or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience

- Travel – up to 15%
- The position can be located in Charlotte, NC or New York City, NY. Travel may be required to the Markets Division’s various offices.
Pay Range
$96,600.00 - $206,100.00
