- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in Python, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience in AI/ML related engineering, developing, deploying, managing, and maintaining Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Experience managing and maintaining a production-ready Kubernetes environment; deploying containerized applications, monitoring cluster health, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring continuous uptime and performance.
- Experience in AI platform, AI Infra, or Applied ML.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects.
- 2 years of experience building AI/ML platforms for developers, ideally for deep neural networks and/or Gen AI. Experience with the entire ML lifecycle from experimentation to monitoring and A/B testing.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Track record of delivering cost and efficiency improvements.
- Proficient with any one of the following: Ray, Metaflow, LangChain. Familiarity with open-source development and community engagement.
