Your key responsibilities
- ·Issue Resolution: Promptly address operational issues to maintain service excellence and optimize client satisfaction. Understand client needs and ensure that operations align with delivering value to clients.
- ·Relationship Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders and specialist areas to ensure tasks are delivered within agreed timeframes.
- ·Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and ensure client-focused outcomes.
- ·Process Optimization: Analyze and improve business processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- ·Data Analysis & Data Management: Proficiently analyze data to make informed decisions and improve operational performance. Execute data cleansing, update project forms, and manage project asset updates.
- ·Deployment Activities: Orchestrate deployment activities for various projects.
- ·Workflow Operations: Manage shared mailboxes and oversee ticketing items.
- ·Budget Management: Contribute to budget planning, report preparation, and expense monitoring.
- ·Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects, including resource allocation and timeline management.
- ·Procurement Support: Support the procurement process from requisitions to purchase orders and invoice processing.
- ·Risk Management: Promptly identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
- ·Web Management: Manage and update EY.com web pages, collaborating with the EY.com team to enhance web presence.
- ·Documentation: Format presentations and decks, and handle SCORE submissions.
- ·Event Support: Provide analyst briefing books, conduct surveys, generate event reports, and support webcast operations.
- ·Meeting Coordination: Draft and publish meeting minutes and engage in research activities.
- ·Leadership Skills: Demonstrate the ability to motivate colleagues and manage conflicts effectively.
- ·Communication Skills: Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- ·Technology Proficiency: Possess familiarity with data analysis and operations/project management software and tools.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Overall – 5-7 years of experience; 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
- Flexibility to support UK/US time zone
- Experience working with global clients
Ideally, you’ll also have
- ·Practical experience of working in MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint, OneDrive
- ·Experience in building ey.com pages preferred.
- ·Knowledge in Project Management concepts and methodologies.
- ·Good understanding of brand, marketing, and communications.
- ·Aptitude and willingness to continually expand your core skillset, including GenAI readiness
Technologies and Tools
- ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
- ·Hands on experience with Modern SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft OneDrive, ChatGPT/Co-Pilot
- ·Knowledge of Project Management methodologies and tools – Microsoft Project, Trello, Jira
