Your key responsibilities

  • Execute foundational coordination activities, like data cleansing, updating project forms, presentation/deck formatting, SCORE submissions, and project asset updates.
  • Perform workflow operations, including managing shared mailboxes, maintaining and updating MS SharePoint content, managing various ticketing tools, and orchestrating deployment activities.
  • Manage and maintain EY.com web pages, coordinating updates in a timely manner and working collaboratively with the EY.com team, and other key teams to improve workflow efficiency and strengthen our web presence.
  • Support the procurement process from initiating requisitions to finalizing purchase orders and processing invoices, in line with internal and external procurement guidelines.
  • Contribute to budget management by assisting with planning, report preparation, and monitoring expenses to adhere to financial constraints.
  • Facilitate support for internal and external events like providing briefing books, conducting surveys, generating event reports and supporting webcast operations when required.
  • Support the Stakeholder with drafting and publishing meeting agendas and minutes of meeting, engaging in research activities, and managing routine operations.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and ensure client-focused outcomes.
  • Promptly tackle all operational issues to uphold service excellence and optimize client satisfaction.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Overall - 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Graduate – Bachelor’s degree
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities and rapid change
  • Responsible for supporting Stakeholder/Operations team with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects.
  • Contributes as an effective team member and takes accountability for deliverables.
  • Flexible to support UK/US time zone.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Practical experience of working in MS Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, PowerBI, SharePoint.
  • Experience in building ey.com pages preferred.
  • Knowledge in Project Management concepts would be an added advantage.
