EY Wavespace: Process Facilitator-Senior Associate
Responsibilities:
- Enable design-thinking led experiences with clients across the various associated activities
- Apply creativity, critical thinking and client-centric perspectives to build and evolve capabilities of the team and produce work products
- Be adaptable and flexible to lead workstreams across project management, designing activities, facilitating, primary and secondary research, proposals etc.
- Lead research work streams including curating and building content, conducting interviews for primary research, and synthesizing findings to meaningful insights.
- Work closely with Experience Manager and project team to collaborate and contribute to the success and outcomes from experiences
- Conceptualize workshop themes, project-manage preparation activities, manage experience, moderate the engagement, steer resulting opportunities to closure
- Take a collaborative approach to work, with motivation to develop your skills by taking ownership of new challenges and have a genuine interest in solving complex business problems
- Need based aligning work timings to serve our global stakeholder especially for APAC region.
- Shift timing would be largely Japan Standard time.

- Understanding of design-thinking and other creative and collaborative methodologies
- High level of adaptability, flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity
- Ability to articulate and communicate clearly
- Ability to own and lead workstreams independently
- Collaborative working style
- Business acumen to sense gaps and connect the dots
- Proficiency in using tools like excel, powerpoint, word etc.
- Project Management
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Advanced degree preferred (MBA from a reputed institute is a good plus)
- 4-6 years professional experience
- Experience in design thinking/ session design and delivery/ facilitation/ innovation or related areas
- Experience in consulting, research & project management
- Basic understanding of Japanese language would be an added advantage
