The Shipping Coordinator will beresponsible for entering alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from sourcedocuments a web-based database. Compare data entered with source documents, correctsentered data if necessary. May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to beentered.

• Entry of data into web-based database program in compliance withestablished policies and procedures
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all designated data entry.
• Identify discrepant data both in writing and verbally to supervisor.
• Filing, copying, and other general clerical duties as necessary
• Utilize TMS , MFS, and Warp and be able to verify create and rejectshipments systematically
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

• Strong detail orientation
• Excellent data entry skills required, including touch typing and10-key
• Experience handling high-volume, sensitive, routine work. · 2-4 yearsof Data Entry experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to processin bound email request quickly
• After attainingunderstanding of work flow; able to work efficiently in the team to chase datagaps
• Work closely with corresponding TeslaLogistics Analyst- ensuring open communications, and a complete understanding ofshipping cadences and procedures
• Requires verystrong Microsoft Excel background including pivot tables, vlookups, indexmatch, etc.

• · Must be able to walk around and or sit 8-10hours a day
• Must be able to lift 20 lbs. with consistencyevery day.
• Must be willing to work in various weatherconditions (for yard audits)
• Must have knowledge on trailers careers,ability to learn systematic tracking of trailers and deliveries
