Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the semiconductor market segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Create and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
Manage and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Collaborate with internal marketing, engineering, and operations teams to support sales initiatives and product development.
Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
Stay current on advancements in semiconductor technology and industry regulations to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.
Skills and Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
Proven track record of success in semiconductor sales or a related technical field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
Proficiency of spreadsheets, including pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis functions, etc.
Detailed revenue management experience.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business to business technology sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and materials, including integrated circuits, microchips, and wafer fabrication.
General knowledge of IT networks for enterprise campuses, cloud data centers, and service providers.
Data visualization experience to help transform extensive data into visually appealing and consumable dashboards.
Compensation and Benefits
The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000.
OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents. This position is also eligible for equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity awardagreements.
