Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the semiconductor market segment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

  • Create and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.

  • Manage and update customer databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Collaborate with internal marketing, engineering, and operations teams to support sales initiatives and product development.

  • Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.

  • Stay current on advancements in semiconductor technology and industry regulations to effectively communicate with clients and prospects.

Skills and Qualifications Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred. Relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.

  • Proven track record of success in semiconductor sales or a related technical field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.

  • Proficiency of spreadsheets, including pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis functions, etc.

  • Detailed revenue management experience.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business to business technology sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and materials, including integrated circuits, microchips, and wafer fabrication.

  • General knowledge of IT networks for enterprise campuses, cloud data centers, and service providers.

  • Data visualization experience to help transform extensive data into visually appealing and consumable dashboards.

Compensation and Benefits

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000.

OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents. This position is also eligible for equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity awardagreements.
