What you'll do- Work on developing the software application to manage complex optical system and automation stack
- Deliver high level quality software tools
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems
- Collaborate with a globally distributed engineering team to solve problems
- Participate in the SW/HW integration
Minimum qualifications- Computer science engineering or equivalent degree at either BSc, MSc or PhD level
- 2+ years of experience in major full-stack programming languages, including at least one of the following: C/C++, Java, or JavaScript
- Knowledge in the use of configuration controls tools and software repository mechanisms such as Github, Bitbucket
Preferred qualifications- Programming experience in Linux environment
- Experience with Angular
- Ability to work in globally distributed team with fast prototyping and development
- Experience within optics/optical networking
- Understanding of computer networks and network protocols (TCP/IP etc)
- Automation experience with Python
But "Digital Transformation" is an empty buzz phrase without a culture that allows for innovation, creativity, and yes, even failure (if you learn from it.)
