- BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong coding skills in C++ or Swift with experience in backend development and performance optimization.
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Proven experience in backend development, code performance tuning, and testing.
- Solid understanding of cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Apple Clouds) and containerization with Kubernetes.
- Experience with cluster setup/management, monitoring, and logging is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or similar AI-powered backend technologies is highly desirable.
